1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Biz Lending Strategy website, purchasing any service, or submitting documents through our portal, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Biz Lending Strategy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

2. Description of Services

Biz Lending Strategy provides business lending strategy consulting and financial readiness analysis services, including but not limited to:

• AI Readiness Snapshot — an entry-level analysis of your current lending readiness position.
• Full Bank Readiness Analysis — a comprehensive written assessment of your business's loan eligibility across key lender criteria.
• Loan-Prep Coaching — one-on-one strategy sessions and guided support to prepare your business to qualify for financing.
• Monthly Monitoring — ongoing credit and financial profile tracking with monthly reports and recommendations.

Services are delivered as described on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the scope or features of any service tier with reasonable notice.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Credit Advice

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making significant business financing decisions. Biz Lending Strategy is not a lender, broker, or credit repair organization.

4. Fees and Payment

All service fees are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing displayed at the time of your purchase will be honored for that transaction.

• One-time service fees (Tiers 1, 2, and 3) are due in full at the time of purchase.
• Monthly monitoring fees (Tier 4) are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of enrollment.
• All fees are in U.S. dollars.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of analytical and consulting services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced. "Commencement" is defined as our receipt and review of your submitted documents.

If you have a concern about your service delivery, please contact us at analyst@bizlendingstrategy.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns.

Monthly monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive accurate analysis, you agree to:

• Submit documents and information that are complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• Provide timely responses to any follow-up requests from our team.
• Use our reports and recommendations lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.

We are not responsible for inaccurate analysis resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent information you provide.

7. Document Submissions

Documents submitted through our File Request Pro portal are governed by File Request Pro's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. You retain ownership of all documents you submit. By submitting documents, you grant Biz Lending Strategy a limited, non-exclusive license to review and analyze those documents solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have purchased.

We will not share, sell, or distribute your submitted documents to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, written materials, methodologies, and content produced by Biz Lending Strategy are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your delivered report for your own business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or represent our work product as your own without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biz Lending Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loan denials, or business losses — arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biz Lending Strategy, its owners, analysts, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Biz Lending Strategy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
